Playing a song THIS epic with that as a backdrop?! Freakin immense, this was such such such a rad experience.
I'm not really one for gimmicks and tricks and "marketing" to get views or generate views just for the sake of views. I sometimes spin the sticks and throw them in the air because that's exactly what I do when I'm playing drums by myself in my room :) Recording a drum cover OUTSIDE on the side of a freakin Canadian Mountain was an incredible experience and I got to do it because I'm in Canada busy launching the Cobus Method product, but the main reason WHY we put so much effort into just this one cover was just to give you guys an enormous thank you for making all of this possible. I don't think I'll get the chance to record on a mountain again.. but that's all good, I'm more about the songs and the music anyways. I just really hope you guys enjoy this. So.. thank you :)

I remember listen to this cover together with my mum while driving to the hospital. Now she’s past away but the memories stay alive. This cover transfer so much energy and emotion. Hardly to describe.

I consider that to be his best cover to date. xD This one is so damn good too, which is why I too am here in 2016.

I watched him in the years back, just remembered him and am on a Cobus Drum Session for the last hours now. Its so beautiful , like each and every cover. I was a child back then about 14 years old. Those were the best youtube times!

When I was 4-6 a couple years ago me and my dad would sit down every night and watch conus drum covers. This was my favourite drum cover he ever did. I’m 12 now almost 13 and I’ve since moved my passion to guitar but thank you cobus for a great continuing child hood

Cobus, after watching this video several times, because I literally love your rendition of this song, I can see that burning passion in your eyes. You truly enjoy playing the drums for the music, and I can admire that. You put so much emphasis on your videos and yet you still smile while playing what I would call incredibly difficult series of rifts. Keep up the good work!
