Have you seen on TikTok that everyone makes the same dish with rice, salmon, mayonnaise and hot sauce? I think I've seen it about 20 times without exaggeration.
And the truth is that the dish looks really good, but... I never have mayonnaise at home and I'm too lazy to buy it for just one recipe. So I improvised and it's not so bad.
The best thing about this dish are the nachos. They go perfectly with the salmon, the tomato and the avocado.
Let's go with the recipe!
(2 persons - ⏱️: 40-45 min.)
📌Ingredients: 400g salmon loins, 200g rice, 1 avocado, 1 tomato, 4 wheat pancakes, 1/4cp paprika, soy sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper.
🧑🍳 Step by step:
*(Preheat the oven to 170-180ºC).
1. Prepare the white rice.
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and grill them.
3. Cut the pancakes into triangles.
4. Add a drizzle of oil and paprika.
5. Mix them together and bake them in the oven until they are nice and crispy.
6. Cut up an avocado and a tomato.
7. To plate: place a base of rice, the salmon and a drizzle of soy sauce.
8. Crush the salmon and mix it with the rice.
9. Top with the avocado and tomato.
