You will get this in medical it's name o2 liquid 4 to 5 drops mix in water Don't give more than 4 to 5 drops And change water every day

He has a huge open colony for tiels..he's keeping them there as they are sick and needs medical attention and could also infect other birds in colonies..he said they'll be released in the colony once treated..you clearly haven't seen enough Dipankar's videos to say this is abuse..
