Cakeshare, my coconut and nutella cheesecake recipe! ASMR

CHEESECAKE BASE:
80g biscuits
10g cocoa
30g butter
COCONUT CREAM:
100g spreadable cheese
150g coconut yogurt
80g powdered sugar
5g gelatin in sheets
25g cold water
200g fresh cream
COVERAGE:
130g nutella
Rapè coconut
DOSES FOR: 6 PEOPLE
MOLD DIAMETER: 14 cm
N.B: here we are !! The survey series on your favorite cheesecakes has begun. Today we start with the winner, the coconut and nutella cheesecake! Her simplicity and speed I'm sure she will win you over too!
The preparation is very easy, as always I recommend respecting the rest times to obtain an optimal result. The coconut cream I have slightly sweetened because having a layer of Nutella on top I did not want to make the cheesecake too heavy. If you prefer, you can add 10/20 g of extra sugar!
As you may have noticed, I put a light layer of rapé coconut before adding the nutella, this is to prevent the nutella from sliding down both when you remove the acetate sheet and when you are going to cut it.
I advise you to change the dish once the cheesecake has been removed because with the thermal shock it could form drops of water.
