I haven’t had it with the coconut toasted and put in the pie but I’m going to try it , I don’t like meringue but yours looks amazing I will just stick with whip cream on top of my coconut pie . Going to try the microwave Version as well , thank you for all your recipes you are my to go page to look for recipes

Tammy I just finished making your recipe for coconut cream pie probably about 2 hours ago probably about 7:00 and be ready to be 8:00 I can't wait to dig into it I'm from Rome Georgia and and I live in Texas that people in Texas they really don't know how to cook and I'm still from the deep South just like you are you're from college but you living in somewhere close to Florida now but anyway if I want a recipe that I don't have a cookbook anymore I'll go to yours and I don't think that I wasn't sure was the amount of the cornstarch to put in but anything else I'm pretty much on my own I just have to refresh a little bit cuz I don't cook that much anymore but that's what's for a dessert tonight coconut cream pie thanks for your recipe.

Hello, it looks soooo good, the thing is that here in argentina, we don't have shredded coconut, in that way, and coconut is very expensive here. But it looks sooo good!

Started out watching. Sour cream raisin pies. Then I bumped into you with the coconut pie There are no more little mommy pops shops that make pies around me. Honest-to-God I gotta Travel 40 miles to go to a Perkins. To have a piece of pie and guess what they don't have your pie or sour cream Raisin. My god I just want to eat a piece of pie. I'm gonna try this recipe and when I do. I'll let you know how it is might take me a while but I'll get back to you take care and thank you

I made two of these pies starting at 4:00 this morning for our 55 park’s soup, salad and pie fund raiser. Wish I could post a picture. Not only were the pies beautiful, people actually requested a piece of my/your coconut cream pies through a plethora of pies. I’ll be making these again for our March auction. 🥰

Oh my. Looks scrumptious. I like to rinse my beaters and bowl with scalding water before beating my egg white.s. No trace of fat to spoil the lift that way. Going to make this for Sunday dinner's dessert.

Woohoo! Absolutely love that song in the beginning of the video! It's absolutely awesome and I want to give a shout out to whoever thought of the lyrics and put the music to it they done a wonderful job! I'm going to make that coconut pie and I'm going to use my swerve sugar to make it sugar free! One of my best lady friends lives in the nursing home. Coconut cream pie is her favorite and mine too. I'm going to make one and take her a few pieces. She has a little refrigerator in her room and she can keep hers cold. Thanks a million Tammy for all the love that you put into your cooking, teaching and making your videos. Many blessings to you, Chris and your family. When you first had 🤒 COVID-19 I prayed 🙏 for you that you would make a good recovery. Also when you came down sick with it the second time. I wouldn't risk having any traces of oil in a plastic bowl--they often have little cracks or scratches in them that retain oils. This will prevent the egg whites from whipping up. It would be safer to just start with a really clean glass or metal bowl and beaters. Just make sure the plastic batter bowl is microwave safe. Never microwave melamine.
