Ingredients
Maida(All purpose flour) - 1+1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda -1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar -1 cup
vanilla essence - 1 tsp
lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
dessicated coconut - 1/2 cup
mixed fruit jam - 4 tbsp
hot water - 2 tbsp

I tried it and it came out really well, it looked exactly like it was shown in the video. Instead of oil I used coconut oil, and for mixed fruit jam I used Honey and dessicated coconut. Beleive it or not the taste was out of the world and everyone appreciated my work, all thanks to you❤️

Sure will try to upload cakes that's healthy for kids too...Not possible to make eggless cakes without any of these 3 baking soda or baking powder or Eno..But we can bake fluffy cakes without these by using eggs👍🙂
