Super Troops Vs Normal Troops in Clash of Clans.
In this video : We gonna compare Super Troops with Normal Troops. Every normal troop will face their own super version (Super Barbarian Vs 5x normal Barbarians, Super Archer Vs 12x normal Archers, Super Giant Vs 2x normal Giant, Super Goblin Vs Goblin, Super Wall Breaker Vs Wall Breaker, Inferno Dragon Vs Baby Dragon and Super Witch Vs Witch). As we know we need 60K Dark Elixir to upgrade normal troops into Super Troops and it lasts for 7 days. Super Troops takes more housing space than regular one. Every Super Troop has their own unique ability. Super Barbarian has rage effect for few seconds and stronger than regular one, Super Archer has better range but takes 12 housing space, Super Goblin has invisibility advantage and more. But why they called Super Troops? What makes them so super? Well, we gonna compare Super Troops with their regular version with same housing space (Super Barbarian takes 5 housing space and regular Barbarian takes 1 housing space so it will be 1 Super Barbarian Vs 5 Barbarians). We will compare them in various ways, Speed Test, DPS Test, performance against Defenses, and lastly they will face each other. Let's find is it worth upgrading normal troops to Super Troops?

Hey but you should know that every super troop has an special ability like super super giants have an ability to "destroy the walls faster" So it is worth upgrading

Btw, if you already don't use giant, you also won't use super giant! You can just trade off 2 giants for 5 walls breakers, or 4 giants for 2 super wall breakers. Definitely not big deals.

You can't really compare them out of strategical context, since the damage always is either a function over time or a function over troop amount with linear growth/decay, which shuts to 0 when all troops are dead. Whilst those tests are fancy, they're by far not representative for the quality of the troop in a given set.

Super barb is not better against defences that deal overkill damage on normal barbarians For example against cc troops or an enemy hero Normal barbarians would be more efficient against a queen, since she deals a lot more damage than she needs to kill them, the only thing stopping her is her fire rate That basically means that she will have more trouble from a swarm of barbarians than a super barbarian

Super Goblins and normal goblins may have similar qualities but in real fights, with the help of invisibility, they get the loot while normal goblins die. Same is true for other super troops.

Fun coc attack tip: Request for super goblins in your clan and just fill your cc with them, then request for a blimp, and when you attack, deploy the blimp having super goblins in it, and when the blimp explodes, then deploy a rage spell on the super goblins..this will for sure take down the townhall and give you the star for the townhall.. IMPORTANT NOTE: Don't use this trick if there are any type of resource buildings in the compartment of the townhall, otherwise..the super goblins can go to attack the resources buildings and their invisibility will end..

Super archer seems very situational as you won't really see same towers like that lined up and troops will spread out so it feels like regular archers are better with strategy

i think the super goblin is not use to upgrading, but in war and CWL when the CC is outside, means the CC is out of the village we can easily down the CC using super goblins, super goblin take the advantage of the invisibility, so the CC will take downed by the super goblins by without lure CC troops.

Most super troops have their unique quirks that make them worth upgrading and using, the super archer is good for funnelling and sniping defences (sometimes even inferno towers or air defences!), the inferno dragon is good with a witch to stop queen charges or at least force a freeze or even a panic ability to avoid wasting the late freeze (a queen walk usually won’t pull the CC), the super witch is good with yetis after a sui-heroes charge and warden walk to funnel the troops to charge into a base laid out with multi infernos.

Inferno drag seems to only be useful on defense to try stopping a queen walk. Its makes you waste ability or freeze

Good thing about super archer is that she can snipe air defenses and help create your funnel, she's like a bowler. Normal archers are not that good high level, but you can use them to snipe buildings and attack corner builder huts to avoid time fail, or in low level you can use them for GIBARCH attacks.

You could do for super barb multipie builds test There is 5x (example: elixir collectors) and you drop one regular barb on each collector and see if super barb would be faster For super giant test improvementa should against defence surrounded with walls

4:31 yes, there is a very specific benefit to having one troop have the same stats as two troops. this'll be a long comment, so prepare yourself. besides multi-target & splash damage defenses, the one troop is going to last longer since when it gets to half health, it's stats don't halve. compare this to two troops, where once one is dead, then the stats will be that of one troop, rather than two. confused with the reasoning? let's try to think of the two troops as one troop for a moment. when the imaginary one troop gets to half health (when one of the two troops dies), it's stats will be halved (there is only one troop now). so, in a nutshell, everything will have double stats until one troop dies (two troops), in comparison to everything having double stats without halving at half health (one troop). when attacking a multi-target defense, the one troop will become even stronger in comparison. since both troops are being attacked at once, that means that both health bars will deplete at once. let's try the imaginary one troop explanation again. when the imaginary one troop faces a multi-target defense, it won't have double health, since the multi-target defense will be doing double the damage against the troop (the defense will be targeting both troops, nullifying the double health). if the two troops are grouped together, this will also apply to splash damage defenses. so, in a nutshell, everything except the health will have double stats (two troops), in comparison to everything having double stats, including health (one troop). you know what? I might make my own video on super troops vs. normal troops. that might take a few years though, I'm only town hall 7 :/

Tip for Inferno drag: request Inferno drags in cc with battle blimp send it into enemy TH drop a rage and Inferno drags will for sure take the Th (Did this in a war attack and got a triple)
