In the original version COD 4(not speedrun mode) I have the question about this mission. First patrol-when I kill them quickly as I can Price moves slowly. I saw your speedrun Ultimatum-Price moving quick enough. How to fix it? Or it’s random?

I also worked out a strat to send a grenadier through the window, not as fast, but way more consistent.

how is the first door open ? doesnt price needs to open it ?

It's called speedrun mod, a mod where the waiting is taken out. Although there is actually a tiny chance in the base game that Price can teleport forward and open that door immediately, but usually Gaz is slow anyway so it doesn't really matter.
