How do you keep from getting sick when traveling? Honestly, keep your vitmain C up, this will help your immune system fight off people who are sick. I recommend airborne or emergen-c. Both are really good. You can also get airborne gummies which are chewables.

To not get sick shotzzy. U need to boost ur immune system. In taking vitamins you need will definitely help you. (Side note, I just love how ur matches are just bots. But my bronze/silver lobbies feel like im playing diamond. And im peak crimson so im not bad but im definitely like wtf. Because im vs the next scump while ur goin against someone who never seen thumbsticks)

I would really recommend drinking water with electrolytes and also making sure you’re sanitary and getting good sleep if you want to stop getting sick while traveling and also I don’t think the weather change helped much as well

implement a regiment with all the vitamins, minerals, co-enzymes and fatty acids. don't just get vitamin d, get all that shit, have good sleep hygiene, keep up your running, eat well and you wont get sick that often. truste me bro 😉
