The enemy behind the bomb site snaking is completely invisible to our point of view, while he can see everything. If you play it frame by frame as he gets shot, you can see the first few hitmarkers came in while the enemy shooting is still unseen standing behind the bomb site. This should be illegal in GameBattles, MLG, UMG, etc. and result in a ban. Also, how could Activision not know this was in their game when it has been in the past titles.
