This is a scam. I paid for a wallet and plugged my address in. The parcel never reached me and they cited “incorrect address”. Through multiple email communications, i asked them to resend the parcel to me and in return i was willing to pay the shipping. But the company wants me to pay the full amount again instead of just shipping citing that they are not liable to compensate me at all.

I had the opposite experience, my wallet was accidentally shipped to a different state on their part, I contacted Code 118 support and they gave me another free of charge
