For whatever reason, after Hopper gave Aelita his Keys to Lyoko in the episode "The Key", the deactivated Towers and Way Towers were white instead of having color-coding. Odd even complained about it in the episode "Crash Course" when he couldn't find a Way Tower.

MilesEdgeworth129 either lyoko changed the standard color from blue to white in order to memorialize Franz hopper's sacrifice or the animator just got lazy XD

Like in the episode ultimatum where Xana posses Mr. Delmas and uses him to kidnap Yumi and Odd to force the rest of our heroes to hand over Aelita to the Scyphozoa by 2 pm or both of them will die a slow and painful death. Aelita decided to hand her self over to the Scyphozoa for that reason in spite of Jeremy’s protests to not do it.

If you ever open something like say a Word document in a simple text editor (like Notepad), you get something like this. It's just binary data, but the app decodes it in a way different from how it's intended. So, all you have to do is take the binary data and go backwards in a sense, although you have to figure out how to decode it to binary then to the proper encoding. It's not easy for average or even tech-savvy people, but data analysts and forensic scientists have the skills and tools necessary. Considering Jeremy's computer science skills and the capabilities of the supercomputer, I'm not surprised he was able to decode it so quickly. Also, since Franz Hopper seems to be communicating through Sissi through the supercomputer, it would make sense that it's an encoding the supercomputer is familiar with.

I mean I know people hear words when audio is played backwards but that's all it is unless the creator intentionally designed it to sound that way. Even then it's just noise. Tyron is not Aelita's relative, Tyron only married Anthea in Evolution just to get Franz's files.

From the information I've gathered from Evolution and the four novels, Anthea and Tyron were likely part of Project Carthage as well as Franz Hopper. Even after Anthea was taken by the Carthage group and ended up marrying Tyron just to have a chance to see Aelita again, she seemed to know about Franz's plan to eradicate Carthage, and knew about Lyoko and X.A.N.A. as well. It is also possible that Tyron may have been involved in the destruction of Carthage and the creation of Lyoko as well, since he has the Cortex, which is essentially a reverse-engineering of Lyoko. This makes it possible that the Cortex is actually an early (Beta) version of Lyoko. Otherwise, there would have been no point to him having a quantum computer capable of running the virtual world. This makes it likely that Tyron was lying when he said he knew nothing about X.A.N.A., even when X.A.N.A. had very prominent, noticeable activity in the Cortex. This gives me the impression that he could have some degree of control over X.A.N.A.... But... that's just my theory. I guess we may find out more in the upcoming "Code Lyoko: Rebirth".

Since it was produced by MoonScoop, who held the copyright at the time, it's safe to assume that Evolution is canon. The upcoming Rebirth series will be part of the canon as well, as confirmed by the producers (who both hold and copyright to the series and have also said that Evolution is canon).

*Puts on nerd glasses* The reason why we find reversed speech or music to be unpleasant / creepy to listen to is due to the uncanny valley, basically your brain tries to identify a speech or a melody and detects a sound which is really similar to them but it's not really a comprehensible melody nor a speech, it's something in between, so it gets confused on what da heck are you listening to and you end up feeling uneasy, same goes for glitched audio, and it's the reason why some people find clowns, masks, mannequins, etc.. to be creepy, the lie inside the uncanny valley as well ;3
