@Code3Paris kind of isn't, though. Many emergency workers love and miss the crown vic. Ford just simply stopped making it. They could have updated/improved the design.

Its because that new york had so many taxis especially crown vics the police decided that they should make a taxi as a cop car but they need permission from that taxi company also

people explain pliz, at least I'm from another country, but I like this car, the question is, are they no longer used in the service anywhere? Or are there still places where they are actively used, I know that they have stopped being produced since 2011, but in 2010, 15, 18, 20 I saw their presence in the service, and now I find out that they have all been replaced by others is it true?

The only places that still use them are in the west coast, like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, where there's almost to no snow and they haven't been destroyed by the salt.
