On November 11, 2023, a significant amount of law enforcement personnel responded to an incident at the La Crosse Regional Airport in Wisconsin. Allegedly, an Idaho man breached the airport gate, proceeded to drive down the runway, and gained unauthorized access to an aircraft occupied by crew members. Upon police arrival, the man refused to cooperate with commands and made several alarming threats. As he remained in the cockpit and powered the aircraft's systems, it was uncertain if the male had the necessary skills to take flight.

They were so many because for emergency what if Cody tried to kill someone or if he can actually control the plane and flying off? Also Cody told the cops that he had a c4 bomb, but the reason they're chilling because they already knew what's type of Cody. A man always know another man by just talking this is all I can say. I’m certainly not saying that people shouldn’t be allowed to watch t.v. shows or movies that depict graphic violence, rape, murder, etc., nor be banned from playing GTA and other such video games, at an appropriate age, but maybe, just maybe, it does affect people and parents of mentally challenged or mentally unstable children should keep their kids and younger teenagers away from that kind of thing for as long as possible? Even if there is 0.000009% of the population that watches shows (that say, show school shooters doing their thing ) or play games that encourage Grand Theft Auto style “tactics”, you eventually will get a problematic number of misfits, mentally ill or total halfwits trying those things out in real life. The police handled this situation well.

Well, they had everything covered, no one was on the plane besides him, the only exit was covered, they had a armor car in front of the plane, they cut the main battery disabling the plane. it was safer to wait it out then going in gun blazing. No one wants to shoot a suspect and they try to deescalate it as much as possible. Keeping things calm prevents tension from rising which can cause mistakes.
