Mine boots into ELF instead of OPL after. And then when I try to run OPL from that ELF browser the game list doesn't show anything. FMCB 1.966

I followed instructions to a tee, when I click on the codebreaker file in uLaunchelf, I only get a black screen. Im using one of those PS2 HDMI adapters, you think this has something to do with the black screen? EDIT: I fugured it out. I have a phat ps2, and instead of trying to launch the codebreaker .elf from mc0, I copied it to my internal hdd (hdd0) to the boot folder there and ran it from there. Works like a charm. You will have to hard restart the ps2 everytime you want to switch a game and use codebreaker again.

Currently I get a red screen when I try to start a game through code breakers . I have OPL on a hhd and I’m having issue with the cheats. It’s all there I’m just thinking it not being on a memory card is effecting it.

Hey, I got a problem that nobody has. While loading, codebreaker freezes but when I unplug the USB it loads normally then when I want to load something I have to plug the usb again but codebreaker freezes again. Please help me

Hey kind off an unrelated question but I have a phat ps2 and a slim one. When I plug in the usb to the slim out boots up the games but for the phat one it lays configuration game and then goes to black screen and I've downloaded the latest version of opl

So I followed this yesterday and it works! Something I want to know is, how can I retrieve the cheat list from the HDD? I know it's in a partition called pp.slus-20202.1108.pcb and when my HDD is connected, it saves them there instead of the memory card. The question is, how can I retrieve it? ULaunchELF unfortunately hangs when trying to enter that partition.

Having the same problem with every version of Codebreaker I install, does not matter which memory card I put it on or run it from USB. It launches fine, but I can not select a game, it is always stuck at Tekken Tag Tournament and can not scroll up or down to any other game title, if I try to delete tekken, the program freezes. no matter where I download the files? any suggestions? this version of CB is locked into god of war and the cheats aren't even for god of war. just a totally broken version of codebreaker that cannot allow selecting a game whatsoever

I couldnt get this to work on FHDB. I choose the game in the cheats list, enable codes, choose which ones to use, then back out and hit the start game option. Then it does the colors thing and then it goes back and does nothing. I have both files you provided on the HDD so im not quite sure whats going on. Also is there a way to just use the OPL cheats setting in the Game Menu?

when I download the codebreaker file from the link, where do I save it to? I use SMB to play my games and not USB, so where will I save the BOOT folder for it to be recognized when I open ULaunch ELF?

Finally got OPL working for my PS2 and games are successfully being recognized through my router. A few questions: 1) Some games have stuttering during the intro movies, is this due to "lower" internet speed? Would increasing my internet speed plan help alleviate this? 2) Is there a difference between a standard CAT6 ethernet cable and a crossover cable? Is one better than the other? 3) Currently, I"m using a 128GB flash drive, though about 80gb is occupied, could this also attribute to stuttering FMVs? Thank you so much for all your help! hey for some odd reason when I boot it up through USB it goes like 2fps so then I load from my freemcboot memory but it says codebreaker please wait reading file please don't remove memory card for hours nothing has happened it stays there idling
