yes.. if u have created react app using creat-react-app library it has configured averything to run locally.. If u create app on your own.. you need to take care of everything..

what is the use of zone.js which is heard as core of angular js

Zone.js is used to track changes in angular and update UI accordingly. zone.js is kind of $digest() in angular 2, if you are familiar with angular 1 digest cycle, but not exactly. Without zone.js none of the binding will work in angular.

Some of my friends told me that angular 2 ,3,4,5,6,7,8 are totally different from each other version . Is it true .? As I have worked on angular 1 , angular 1 and angular 2 only totally different . But my friends told me .angular 2,3...,,8 are also different each other . Is it true bro.?

Angular 2 and above versions have minor changes within each. If you learn Angular 2, you can still code in Angular 8 without any problem. Most of these changes are internal, ie its about how angular works internally and are related to performance improvement. There will be few new functionalities added to latest versions, which you can learn at any point.

Interest is the key to learn. Try creating small apps. If you want to be a front end developer, start from HTML, CSS and javascript. Those are the basics

Intha series full ah basics of angular videos irukkum. Above angular 2.0 everything is same, may be 90% concepts are same across versions. There is no much difference among difference version. It has very few changes from version to version and most of them are performance related. Angular 1 is very different to Angular 2. Version 2 and above are almost same.
