I have been teaching PLC fundamentals for 6 years at Midlands Technical College, explaining concepts in the simplest form doesn't just help a student it helps all students and I don't have to repeat myself often. My second PLC was ABB AC500 running Codesys 2.3 and it was easy after getting over my initial learning curve.

You can use an on-delay timer, together with some other elements (some if condition to pick the Timing value when the signal becomes False), to keep track of the time for which a signal was True. In other words, the On-delay timer should start Timing as the input signal becomes True, and it stops timing when the signal gets False. You may need a huge pre-set time value. You can also use up-counting timers in combination with timers (Pulse timer or on-delay timer) to perform the same task. In this case, as far as the input signal is True, the counter should count up with the frequency of 1 per second, and stop when the input signal gets False, giving you the time amount that you are looking for. Let me know if you manage to do so, otherwise, I can demonstrate it later.

Good day Tohid, I did like you said, used pulse generator and counter up. However, counter up releases number of seconds, I want to somehow convert them to separate integers, like hour, minutes, seconds. Could you please advise me regarding this?

As one approach, you can convert that time value to an integer number and then based on its value, you can make the seconds, minutes, hours, etc.
