You don't need Stack Overflow when you don't even need to solve a problem. There's not a single technical problem here. It's just Tailwind and HTML, plus you don't even want to hard code the entire thing like the way he did.

I feel like web dev is slowly melting into natural language web design, in not long at all you'll just design the app in design software (with the help of Ai), have a discussion with a coding AI agent to explain how it is intended to work, and the AI agent will create and execute the stack for you and hand over the keys.

I've been making a website with claude. I feel like I'm just using an app tbh. I don't think someone who doesn't know anything about coding could do it but it's definitely not real development anymore. I copy paste 80% of the code and then spend 10-20 minutes fixing it occasionally.
