Gakpo has future captain written all over him. Some have worried we are losing leadership with the older heads leaving, but Gakpo, Trent and Szoboslai - who captains Hungary - are all young leaders. Not to mention other players in the side like Virgil, Robertson etc. I don't think it's an issue at all.
