I like how Cody acknowledges we can debate the greatest all we want but stone cold Steve Austin was by far the greatest draw to ever exist “Prolific money maker” To put in perspective he was literally last year‘s merchandise sales leader and I believe the several years prior The rock was like 5th behind New Day,Reigns,Cena and surprisingly Liv Not to mention just look at the turn of the ratings. It was when Austin was at his peak. As great as they were undertaker Shawn Michaels and others weren’t cutting it The rock did not reach his peak until well after the tide swung back to WWF. So yeah I just think as far as investments,Steve is undisputedly the greatest ever

@@jaimep3432 I dunno i was actually enjoying his tweener storyline... was looking forward to his eventual heel turn because it would have been totally justified as it was the fans that turned on him not the other way round (kind of like bret Hart in the 90s). Personally I feel the more justified the heel turn, the more uncomfortable it makes the fans feel and therefore the better the heel heat. Thats when wrestling stops being 2d cartoon action and becomes deep storytelling.
