Absolutely great tutorial on macros in Excel. I hadn't done them before, and was asked about them in an interview, and was able to follow up with the employer letting them know that I could successfully do them after following along with this tutorial. If you are a Mac user, to add the Developer tab, click on "Excel" in your menu, and pick "Preferences". You will have the customized ribbons selection available to click here, and then you can enable the Developer tab. Thank you Cody Baldwin!

Loved this and never thought about labeling the steps in my macros, that is a very helpful step! I can do key stroke macros like this and they work ok for me as long as the weekly report contains the same amount of columns in the same order.

Expertly explained lesson, I did the task alongside your instruction and completed it perfectly on the first attempt. Reminds me of using batch processing in Adobe Photoshop as it operates on the same principles of recording actions which you can apply to other images or in this case excel sheets.
