I have been doing this without knowing some of the things that you mentioned, there's a lot of noise and buzz words around analytics, just now I'm trying to see what's the trend with the "science" word added in data, the only thing I have not been doing yet is presenting statistic for predictions, and I guess that is the tricky part and therefore the science word involved. I'm studying again some maths concepts to fill this gap that I already have. Good video!.

Analytics is complex, but you need to know what you are measuring. What do you want to find. Then you'll need to figure out what your metrics are. You need to identify your vanity metrics (the ones that don't mean anything based off of what you are looking for. this is also known as the noise), metrics and the meaningful metrics. Identifying your metrics will help you with your return on investments.
