Ingredients :
250g unsalted butter(牛油)
170g caster sugar (细砂糖)
4 large eggs(鸡蛋)- grade A
230g plain flour(普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
50g ground almond (杏仁粉)
80g almond nibs (杏仁粒)
1 tbsp instant coffee powder (即溶咖啡粉)
3 tbsp hot water (热水)
3 tbsp dairy whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
1 tsp coffee essence (咖啡香精)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50-55 minutes.
