Ciao Cara Mia. You did it again, you made me think of my Nonna. You know I can't see that coffee pot without thinking about her. I often use instant coffee to make my sugar free homemade ice cream but I just fold it in at the last minute so you can see the speckles of coffee throughout the ice cream. You can easily adjust the strength of the flavor level. So nice to see you again. You seem to be happy and in good spirits. I'm glad to see it. See you next time. Ciao Valentina! This looks so yummy- will definitely make this! 😍 Does the coffee you mix in the batter need to be hot? And can you also use mokka coffee for this mix and. It juts for the glaze?

Glad you like it, my friend! Yes, you can use hot coffee in the batter. I prefer to use instant coffee for the batter because it gives a more intense coffee flavor; if you prefer a delicate coffee flavor, use the Moka coffee for the batter too. I prefer to use the Moka coffee just for the glaze because it taste better even if it's more delicate.
