She lost the trust of the band after a number of incidents, including in an online chat with her fans (who posted what she did) spilling private medical info about band members and crew, saying and blaming who got COVID and was responsible for the band suspending touring, putting the band's safety at risk by posting where they were staying at, mocking and spilling about her bandmate's anxiety breakdown over the COVID crisis (as if it's something to be ashamed of), previewing some unauthorized clips of unreleased songs, among other things. Even her makeup artist said she was unprofessional and two faced. Jen was let go with an amicable public statement, while many other bands would've been publicly open about why and affected her image, and actually could've sued her for breach of confidentiality with the medical info leak. After she had the chats with her fan club, she got angry at her fans for posting it and said that it might lose her job over it, and she shut down the chat, which angered those fans. The fans informed what happened and sent the proof to the band's management. And then later when she was let go from the band, she put on a fake act pretending that it was a shock and sudden and like she didn't know why, when it was anything but. We don't even know what happened. Curiously a woman who was Jen's makeup artist commented on a news post that Jen is extremely false and talk shit about her band colleagues on their backs. The woman said Jen mocked Amy because she was looking for movie tracks. Idk if this is true, but it definitely reminds us of the fact we don't even know them to know who was right. Speculations aside, Jen was definitely the best Evanescence guitarist since Ben moody or Terry balsamo (before stroke). Their current guitarists are generic and mediocre.
