At 10:39 in the post game analysis black can take the queen with the king and after white promotes and check there is no check after Kf2. What am I missing?

at one time in chess pawns could only move 1 space as their first move. when it was increased to 2 spaces the en passant capture rule was implemented to balance it out. if my pawn is coming at yours and you move it 2 spaces to essentially pass my pawn without challenging it, becoming parallel on the board, you can capture that pawn. gonna be hard to understand if you dont play but easy if you play a little

@@scifichess4120 Yeah, 100% he probably loves chess more than anyone there. I used to teach a down symdrome kid he was always smiling and excited about everything. We used to play chess everyday after school as his parents couldn't make it till around 4. He had way more passion for the game than I did, he literally breathed it. Started crushing me after about 2 years.
