Recently acquired Flair 58 to complement the Linea Mini at home. Pressure profiling does incredible things, only using the LM for steaming now

$6000 steamer sounds great. $600 Flair 58 is going to be very close to this $12000 La Marzocco but I guess there is a su-cker born every minute.

@@mikegurv1818 I have owned my LM for the last 5.5 years. The only way to get pressure profiling on the LM is to mod it which costs roughly $2-3k. So the Flair 58 is the cheapest route to access this option plus I get to play with manual extraction. I agree the Leva is overpriced for what it does but it’s a beautiful art which can be a centerpiece at your home or cafe.

I have a Profitec Pro 800 spring lever machine. Its beauty is in its simplicity. And there is absolutely nothing dangerous about operating it.

Me, too; but that lever can bash you on its way up! More likely to occur with people who just want to pull the lever though😂

Hi, and thanks for the review. I understand that one preset the peakpressure and that you can preinfuse until the first drops but what I am missing if you can preset watervolume also or you simply need to remove the cups when you judge its time either looking the colour or weight. I brew at home on a Strada EP 2 gr. but want to sell that and my 3 group retroorange GB5 with adjustable leds and black manometers. After this hopefully happens I consider the mini but the option that I cannot lower pressure at the end think makes me not satisfied so now my dream is Leva X 1. group i

It's not adjustable, makes it tight with a scale.

People who are also in the market for a Manument Leva.(also 10.000$+) Compared to this though the "innovative" Manument is a toy. A lever machine is all about celebrating the act of making coffee, and not about "no heat up time" and patent pending thermoblock designs.

@@thenameiwantedwastaken ahhh I recently did that with a 200 series landcruiser. But I still think this is beyond expensive. That being said the vehicle I bought was also beyond expensive, so good point. If you want it you want it.
