Starting to look like a bike! Rearsets for Disc Conversion, LED Headlight and Fresh Exhaust install

2 жыл бұрынEpisode 6 of our CB650 Cafe Racer build. This week we install our Rearset kit for disc conversion, mount up the LED Projector headlight with some MotoDemic brackets, WoodCraft Clip-on and install a Hindle Exhaust.

Great job, super glad you've chosen the 81 CB650! Spend some extra time when you get to the engine and carb work....your videos are easy to relate to and use as a training tool. Mine needs a serious gasket job, rings and carb rebuild. Dont think its been touched in 40 years.... ha..ha..

Wow sic build man! Glad I stumbled upon your channel. Love these cafe racer style builds and those parts are really nicely machined. Where are you guys located? I have an '89 Honda GB500 that I'm thinking of getting some custom work done at the back end of it. Love the content!

Start looking at the 80's stuff or just find a frame and motor. That's how we usually do it.

4:53 regarding the headlight, I recently sent you guys a request for some custom work for a headlight mod. Called to follow up a week later and was told you guys don't do that kind of work. Now I see in this video you custom machined a headlight. Kinda confused here lol Also looking for some rear sets for an 83 Honda GL 650, doesn't look like you guys do that but if you do, I'm interested.

This headlight is something we make and sell. Depending on the project we will take on custom work. If you have the cad model you can submit the file direct on CognitoCompany.com. Are the universal Footpegs a simple replacement from your standard foot pegs? , I have a Thruxton 900 would they work

Not very familiar with how the foot pegs attach on the thruxton. These rearsets require 10mm hole.
