A lot has being said about good leadership. This approach however really works. This keynote, held 2023 in Vilnius/Lithuania, revolves around a core idea: An effective leader knows his or her leadership context, has a suitable and clear idea of leadership, communicates it to those he or she leads and acts accordingly.
