Is it just me or was that Zis Gun absurdly late? Hans was heavily using vehicles from the start and this "build" has no infantry AT potential. An early Zis Gun would seem to be necessary.

such a strange play from price. if u want to go early zis u gonna need cons or whatever to cover them from OKW vehicles.. he even tried to blob with his pios lol

Why u use only infantry buffs in the war bulletins?

Because you use infantry the whole game (and you use multiples of them), so the bulletins are more useful vs getting a bulletin for a vehicle that you might get 10+ minutes into a game/only have a couple copies of.

Hell no lol, usually people have 1 or 2 early game, late game 2 or 3. A better combo is conscripts and engineer since conscripts can merge and are more versatile or engineer in scout car for mobility

urban defense has no valiant assault, instead B4 commander has it and you still talking about like encountering a KV-2 when he locked out the Counterattack.. lool. It happens mate, dont worry :D
