Imagine my disappointment when someone picks one of my favorite commanders (NKVD) and then only uses a single ability from it. Like, if you just want AT overwatch why not play Defensive Tactics where you can have PMD mines and Dshkas? Baffling stuff really.

@@brandonturpin8932 Radio intercept is nice but ultimately not very impactful. It's not like CoH2 build orders are that diverse so you usually know what your opponent is gonna be building anyways.

The sad truth about getting AA against an enemy using planes: downed planes are most likely to hit your units on the way down. Concious players will use their recon or straffing runs as kamikaze strikes against your HQ. Sometimes the cure is worse than the illness.

Since the change to plane crash damage that happened towards the end of COH2s patch history, plane crashes rarely kill stuff anymore.

every early game Soviet with cons or support vs wehr ist the same, soviet getting completely stomped. They just have zero advantages they can possibly leverage early. Every video you check the stats and its a disaster

Thing with soviets is they dont suffer wipes as easily. With good micro you should never lose a con squad due to their size. Same can't be said for wehr inf

Most of it comes down to wehr combined arms advantage and the time window where conscripts don't have any upgrade available while every other mainline gets new weapons. Flamer micro is crucial.

@@CochoSGO The first engagements before Wehr LMGs are totally winnable for cons/engi start. Depends also on if you go 4 cons or not. Then as you said, depends on your flamer micro.

@@REaLAToMicZ Yes. You just need to know where the mg is and where the grens are. Scare off the mg and pile on grens. Always engage from cover. 3 cons models are worth 2 gren models. Keep the trades positive

@@CochoSGO Conscripts lose to both pios and grens from the very start, but then once wehr has MG42 upgrade they basically do nothing but feed veterancy at even higher rate. Cons just have no damage output and can't even decrew a mortar even if the enemy is half asleep, and they have virtually zero wiping potential.

it's just again to see allies too overpowered, axis made some good harass and attacks made some big damage but even though they couldn't win !!! what a sick joke!!!

Disagree. Though I won't deny that it's probably the best OKW commander, it's not unbeatable anyways

Wait, hes talking about the commander? My bad then, I was thinking it was all about antitank overwatch. In regards of best OKW commander, I agree. Jli are cheese, so are the best skill planes, but its beatable. The best okw commander is definitely elite armor with broken 50 vision KT and pak43 damage.
