Great win!! That manager needs to get fired and you need to press charges. If you don’t he’ll just keep doing what he’s doing because there’s no repercussions to his behavior. He assaulted you and broke your phone out of anger. He needs anger management counseling or something. If he gets fired he’s probably like oh well I’ll get another job.

Great win Joe, both morally and financially. The manager does need sorting. He can't behave that way to employees or you. He needs anger management training.
