Same - Absolutely brilliant show. Got up to the Vegas bit in this and had to check IMDB to confirm my suspicions. Had no idea she was a stand-up. Not every comedian can be funny with a script - she excels in both environments. Very impressed!!

I’m gonna be honest- I really don’t get Mulaney. Like- at all. He’s everywhere & he always just annoys the hell out of me to the point I feel bad bc I don’t know why. I tried to watch him on SNL & I just didn’t get it. Please believe I usually like most comedy & I see people who I think have great taste that like him, so.. please help lol. If you just love Mulaney & know I must be crazy, can u point me to essential viewing for potential conversion..? I’d love to change my mind.

It pains me how accurate she is, regarding the modern day phone conversation. Everyone is just so connected that some people see it as a slight, if you disconnect yourself in any way. "I sent them five messages a minute ago, and they haven't responded. Why are they avoiding me!"

Wow! This was a very good set! First time I've seen her comedy. That introduction was hilarious and very creative. Hopefully she gets a HBO or Netflix stand up set and we can enjoy a decent hour long episode.

Someone pointed out on a podcast I heard that Stephen isn't actually there for recording the comedians and now I really, really notice it. I get that Stephen's time is limited and precious, but it bothers me a little bit that they pretend.

his time isn't that fucking limited/ precious. the standups are always 5-7min.. dudes spend more time on the toilet taking dumps everyday

Performing on that stage is a milestone for any comedian. They go from being virtually unknown to getting tons of exposure which leads to lots of opportunities. I’m pretty sure most comedians don’t give a shit if Colbert is there.

Good stuff. She's different, and she stands out. And with all the platforms available these days, showcasing more comedians than ever before (not complaining one bit) I can only assume it's beyond difficult to stand out. So, props, She-Devil!
