PS: The official "Terrorist Threat Level" at the time you filmed this, AB, was right in the middle "Substantial"; there are 5 levels of "Threats", from 'not gonna happen, to 'absolutely certain, and right in the middle is 'yeah, could happen, i guess, sure'. .. I still contend, however, that "Section 47" (iirc, I'm not British) needs to have a SPECIFIC addendum that explains to officers that a person taking pictures in public, in broad daylight, making no efforts to hide themselves, is *NOT* reasonable grounds for suspicion of terrorism.
