I watched a few different videos today as I was intending on installing a cold air system on my 2009 GMC 6.2 afterwards. I found your vid the most helpful, clearly showing what you're saying, good lighting, slow enuf conversation that understanding each step becomes easy and your odd tip really helps. Honestly I went to the auto wreckers last week & bought a competitors system second hand of course, this vid helped me realize I am missing items and I have now lost faith that what I bought was a good choice in manufacturer. The innovations brought forward by Cold Air Inductions Ltd such as the lips inside the intake pcs that keep the flow smooth w/o obtrusive steps, the coated inner surface of the tube and elbow, the view window for the filter all add up to me mowing a lawn today instead, as I just abandoned the other system and am waiting for the arrival of my Cold Air Induction system. Gave you a thumbs up and subscribed...keep up the good work, looking forward to more 6.2 L94 performance tips & tricks!

lost a piston on the V :') luckily only a piston and nothing is damaged. What piston and rods do you recommend . getting my lsa heads ported and im going she gone cam! , taking out the gp 2.5

Sorry to hear that. I went with Weisco forged pistons, Lunati Forged H Beam Rods, and a Lunati Forged 4” crank. I went with with the RCR ProStreet Cam as well and raised compression to 11.2:1. HUGE difference!

@michaelnguyen9700 you can run premium, but you will have to have the timing set to a safe spot. At a high hp levels, it is always safest to run the higher octane.
