Classic cold calling is one thing, but having a great conversation is another. Was it effective? Was there rapport? Was there empathy? Was there any attempt raise something of interest? Change something.

@@IctsProtegeHave your client provide a creative brief that outlines basic requirements such as word count, overall marketing strategies/topics, content, etc. - This is what will help guide your actual copywriting according to your client’s needs. Have a shared folder with them containing files for email, social media, newsletters and so forth, and use a word processor like Docs or Word to write the copy. Keep that stored in the shared file so it’s accessible to both you and the client. Obviously you are just the writer, although in some cases they may not have anyone to do the marketing itself, so you could always add that as an additional service as well.
