Grant Cardone talks about cold calling-something you need to do to get where you want to be. How do you get someone on Facebook or LinkedIn and fill your pipeline so full you don't have to pay for advertising. First, know the benefits of cold prospecting. You don't have enough leads. Your bank account is determined by the number of leads you have. The way not to be frustrated by a low closing ratio is to have lots and lots of leads. 76% of americans live paycheck to paycheck. It's because people don't know how to prospect. Cold calling is how you can scale a business!

Yeah, no actual material on cold calling. If you work in sales this entire video isn't helpful. It tells you everything you already know about cold calling/prospecting.

You'll definitely be unsuccessful without technology. I've been using Breezler (on the app store) to get warm introductions to prospects that are hard to get in touch with. Grant is a smart smartttt man!

I’m only a few minutes in to Grants video and already this is like gold. A few items that hit home for my real estate business is 1. Get out of obscurity, to be successful people must know you. 2. Your bank account is determined by the leads you have. 3. Your income depends on your pipeline. My wife and I are partners in real estate and one thing I keep bringing to her attention is that we need to focus more on prospecting and gain control of our schedule. For example lately clients have been wanting to see properties in the morning which first is great they want to see properties however it destroys any kind of daily action plan. My New Years resolution is to primarily schedule showings for afternoon and evening and reserve the morning for prospecting and continuing education. Happy New Year everyone and go get those sales, cause if you don’t someone else will!

I watched this video and then I proceeded to make 40 cold calls in 2 hours in order to fill my pipeline. Only got one hit out of all of it and who knows if it will materialize into anything, but hell, 2.5% ain't bad!!!!

I 💖Cold Calling its most effective way to scale a company that's starting without having to spend money on advertising, marketing or leads. Thank you for teaching me the most critical component to sales which is appointment setting which equals a huge pipeline. Your right the people that complain about sales are the people who lack the skills and the will...

This is the video with wich I discovered Grant and the fascinating world of sofisticated sales. I became obsessed with this sport since then and I have to say that this completely transformed my life. Although I don´t consider myself a Grant Cardone fanboy, and after studying hundreds of hours and applying tons of concepts for many years, I currently disagree with many concepts and behaviors he embraces, that will never change the fact that I owe this guy big.

most of them are making high 6 figures. call it what you will, but when each call is putting $2 in your pocket, that adds up quick. Of course, if you're not closing deals, then you aren't making $2/call, you're making 0 and probably won't last there very long, if you even managed to get hired in the first place. This is very similar to how Wall Street operates.
