Ingredients for 1 liter of kefir + 250 milliliters of water:
• 2 medium potatoes
• 5 eggs
• 250 grams of chicken fillet
• 1 bunch of green onions
• 1 bunch of dill
• 1 fresh cucumber (large)
• 1 liter of kefir with a fat content of 2.5%
• 250 milliliters of drinking water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 25 grams of butter for frying
