The belt rubs against st in the engine size the way the belt moovs when sitting for awhile

A Honda starter always sounds like it needs a new battery ^^ Well at least on the bigger engines, here is an example of my old Civic (motor was never available in the US) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hr6YgtKQzZjGf5c.html Cheers

They have a very distinctive sound for sure, they're pretty whiny. My first car was a Honda and that sound is just burned into my brain, I can pick out a Honda starting from across a parking lot lmao

That's what I thought too, but the fluid was okay, and it only did that when it was cold on startup. It went away as it warmed up. Maybe the pump was on its way out lol
