@@FinduroVR god i bet how do you move your wrists fast enough to hit everything? i play beat saber occasionally and am looking to improve

@@biteybeast Honestly just playing a lot and practicing is the best way to improve, although there's a few small things like changing around some in game settings, changing grip on your controller, or using practice mods to learn harder patterns. For speed one thing that helped me was playing maps I know I can do but on faster song and trying to score as if it was normal mode. Kinda wires your brain into thinking normal speed is slower xD

@@FinduroVR ah, ok. i'm up to the standard expert approach rate; i think the problem might be me playing on quest 1 bc i can't use mapping extension and the controllers have hella latency issues lmao

@@biteybeast Yee ik its not the best headset for that kinda stuff. If you get the link cable it'll act as a pcvr and then you wont have to worry about that. Also if you dont use claw grip on those controllers already I highly recommend since default isnt that good xD

I wish! His songs are so hard to map, very strange timings and sounds. This one was okay because it has a mostly steady beat, and some of my other favourites like distant structures could be pretty possible I think.

Honestly idk how people can be as good as they are too, some stuff people pull off nowadays is shocking

For quest and quest 2 the easiest way to get custom songs like this one is with a link cable then through PCVR modding, which is much much easier than standalone quest modding. I'm pretty sure the modding program for quest isnt even updated for the latest version right now.... but then the modding comes at a cost of 80 extra dollars for a link cable (which I think is worth it) but still that is CRAZY expensive for a cable sooo I guess its just whatever works best for you :)

@@FinduroVR I've seen tons levels with fake notes and the player having to turn around to hit notes behind them, stuff like that would have been amazing for this song

@@sagecoregd Its definitely a big choice to get a VR but I think it's worthwhile. The ability to play *almost* any song you can think of in a virtual sword game was enough to entice me at least xD
