(I know your comment is really old) But that’s so awesome. I used to sit and listen to song after song of this guy playing, it mesmerized me. I was 15 when I came across his page just learning how to play piano, I’m almost 28 now. This was one of my favorite ones, hearing it takes me back.

The great thing about music is that you can make it sound so freaking good by just adding little flares, like rolling the cords or adding a delay. The basic song and melody is actually pretty easy, but the timing and off-beat notes that make it sound so good are the difficult parts. Coldplay makes really great music because they start with a simple beat and melody and get progressively more complicated and adding more interesting parts.

Do what I did. I'm still pretty young and I've only done piano for about 8 or 9 years. For my age, I can now play all kinds of Mozart and Chop Sticks. Keep practicing every day and if you go to a teacher, ask for harder songs everytime you go. Good luck! You'll do great!

It's not merely your skill that is fascinating Adrian, it's more the fact how many people you seem to touch with your music, you inspire people from all over the world to be musically educated, to learn an instrument or to at least show them the beauty of acoustic music. Your videos helped me out of a slump where I got a little frustrated with playing the piano, I watched your videos and ever since I have been learning Coldplay pieces, making me love the Piano again ! I liked this song, but it's ok if someone else doesn't. This is beautiful, and I don't see what there is not to like about it, but why hate on dislikers? Maybe they only like Jungle Rock or Gypsy Jazz?

***** That's quite true, but I literally can't see a reason to go on a youtube cover of a song, just to dislike it because it's not your "type of music". It doesn't have to be a youtube cover, I mean in general. Disliking a video just because you didn't felt entertained is in my opinion, extremely unnecessary :-) Haters will be here forever :-P
