I FINALLY WON A KAYAK TOURNAMENT!!! -- HUGE Fish Changed EVERYTHING!!!

Today I am taking y'all along with me on our final regular season kayak tournament of the year! This was a fun event and I finally was able to put everything together and get the win! This win also catapulted me to the top of the AOY standings for our club! I am guessing here but it looks like you return ALL the catch. That is a good idea in my book. Also size matters NOT weight. Not hard to make them "get fat" as we have seen, but kind of hard to get them to stretch. I would guess a lot of tournaments will switch to length over weight. Way to go. I have watched you and your family for years now, and I can see you are ready to "make a splash".

Always rooting for you especially after nearly sinking your Kayak that last tournament and having that Angler run his boat directly over the exact spot you were fishing that you had just caught one and was going for another😢. Oh and your sandle strap broke lol it was a rough day to say the least BUT you endured and made the best of it AND you still had a chance at placing! Love your content and thanks for sharing!

Congrats on the win. One jig that you should definitely add to your arsenal is the Strike King Swimming Jig. They have at Walmart for less than $3 and I've caught some huge 5 to 6lb monsters in our river system here at Ross Barnett on the spillway.
