Kobe was too much of a wild mustang. He was focused and had huge dreams. Granted 4 trips to the finals, 3 rings.

@@tellall23 i meant with the Kobe and Shaq era. Which makes sense because kobe knew that he couldnt have Shaq and be better than Mike. In order to do it with Shaq, Kobe needed 6 to 8 rings and to have better stats than MJ, and Kobe had to be MVP for least 4 to 5 of those rings to be greater than MJ and he knew it.

how the hell do u speak to jr rider and that's the most interesting story u got from him rather than him challenging kobe to 1 on 1 game and getting destroyed by kobe in practice where teammates were begging for mercy for him and Phil jackson jus loved it we wanted to no his story of that cuz we only got those like 2 clips from that and every other teammate story of it

Lmao great point my brother. Kobe got on too many peoples nerves and it rubbed people the wrong way. If he was smoother about it the perception would've been way better than Lebrons. By the media. Ballers know kobe the 2 goat.

I don’t like how at the end they compared 20 years of Kobe in LA to lebrons second year when they spoke on their impact to la. Like yea guys ofc, but wilt and shaq aren’t looked at the same way in la that Kobe and magic are either.. besides all that, Lebron still has 2-3 years as a top 5 player in the league. He can definitely add to his laker resume

But I feel Kobe wanted to get away from His parents he wanted to be on his own and not so close to home that’s why Lebron had to leave Cleveland he never got to leave home and experience something new both of them by not leaving home and going to college

No he wore 33 in high school but couldn’t wear it with the Lakers so that’s why he choose 8 I don’t think the pick had anything to do with it but who knows maybe u right and it was a jab at John for not picking him at 8 after basically telling Kobe he would as I’m typing this u got me thinking he probably did wear 8 cuz of that
