Ive met Colin Farrell. He was the understudy for my friend Mark in a play in Ireland, Mark was unwell and Colin took over from Mark on night 2 and there was a talent spotter in the crowd that night - and they spotted Colin and so the rest is history

Have a family member in acting school in Dublin and Colin Farrell visits once or twice a year to gave advice and usually spends a whole day with the students there, other actors/actresses do the same too. Colin is a really nice guy, very genuine.

Most actors with a checkered past respond "in not here to talk about that" when asked about it in interviews. Farrell never seems to have problems speaking about his struggles. A ridiculous amount of charm and honesty.

Actually, this is one of his rare interviews (even though it was short) that he was asked very nice questions with substance. And Holly's reactions at the end were so cute, which I am sure many women feel the same if they were in her shoes.

LOVE Colin. He has evolved himself in many ways. You can seen how his life experiences have impacted his development as a person, dad and it seems like he's choosing roles that have a particular depth and reflects some of the deeper human relationships, struggles, challenges. More personal subject for him it seems.

So? It isn't as though we stop finding beauty in others in life. Male or female there are many attractive people in the world who find others stunning whether the opposite or same gender. Too funny! Marriage doesn't mean people can't find others attractive, unless they or their spouse is insecure, prone to jealousy or guilty of cheating mentally themself, then committing to it past the fantasy and prior to cheating in reality. It is how humans are. Should she pluck her eyes out and stop looking? Men see women with all the makeup, the made up hair, everything up and out in their clothes. This is a low-mo interview with hypnotic qualities in the interviewee. Shepard does a fine job and Holly bubbles like a femme (A.K.A. senseful world). Saving Mr.Banks is a tear jerker and a great movie -- stellar cast whom all play their roles with aplomb.

how weird to hear Colin Farrell speak like this about this film - I watched it for the second time yesterday and I think it's probably become (overnight) my favourite film of all time. And I've only had one before this. And Colin Farrell's performance in it is exceptional - I have no idea if he got an Oscar for it but he bloomin should have.. Saving Mr Banks is the perfect film

Watching this many years after the event because I’ve just watched his Golden Globe speech from this year and I must say, this is a great interview. A proper interview that I jus have ignore many times on YT because it’s on This Morning and Holly and Phil can be really childish and stupid at times (warranted and very funny on most occasions), and I thought they’d do the same in this, which would ruin it, but they conducted this superbly. This man is a literal angel.
