Jaylen Brown scored 40 points in a Game 2 rout of the Indiana Pacers, and the Boston Celtics are up 2-0. Jason McIntyre says that there are ‘no excuses’ for the Celtics to not make the NBA Finals. He also discusses Jordan Love’s contract negotiations and if the Green Bay Packers should pay him now.

The Celtics are meeting expectations so far #1 seed in East, beat Heat in 5 , beat Cavs in 5 and are up 2-0 in ECF, yet are being criticized more 😂its not their fault the East is weak, I understand if they lose in the finals then the criticisms can begin but all the slander they get while doing exact what they’re supposed to be doing is crazy 😂

Everyone knows the Pacers wouldnt have beat the healthy Bucks. This is an insane hospital ring, youre bragging about a hospital ring. Yall say Giannis ring was a hospital ring cause of ONE kyrie injury, theres been 10+ MAJOR injuries this year in the East, Giannis, Dame, and Khris on the Bucks alone. The Celtics played an 8 seed heat team with no Jimmy Butler, a Cavs team who went 7 against the Magic with no Stars and were missing Mitchell for two games, and now a young Pacers team who haven't been to the ECFs in decades and their best player is now hurt, they keep winning some close games are blowing people out when really they should be blowing out and sweeping everyonen

There is no way Green Bay doesnt get a deal done soon. They may even gladly overpay. That roster, especially the offense is young, talented and super deep. There is zero logical reason to not negotiate a 4 or 5 year deal in the low 50s.

Packers have more cap money that frees up after June 1st. I've always figured talks aren't gonna start heating up until then Love was a full participant at voluntary OTAs and didn't seem worried when he was asked questions about it in his interview this week.

It’s the east . Brown getting paid over 300 mill and didn’t even / couldn’t even make all nba . Only 4 players from the east made all nba . Because it’s the east . Boston has had a cake walk the whole season / post season . If they even lose one game to the pacers it’s embarrassing .

Look what he did vs the lions and the chiefs. The chiefs had a top defense and got picked apart by love. Look at what he did vs dallas and almost played good enough to beat the niners with second year wrs and rookies.

It is really really hard to focus on JMAC for a full show. He says nothing really that different or interesting than anyone else. Not much creativity in his delivery, really easy to get side tracked listening to him ramble. I listen to an episode like this and by time it is done playing i don't even remember what good points JMAC made in his take. Waste of time listening to him.

There are other ppl on the nfl team besides the qb, who apparently needs to "get paid". So after only one season why do u think Jordan Love is "the guy"? BakerM and MitchT got their crazy teams to the playoffs for the first time in YEARS (where as Green Bay has been in the playoffs alot) and those teams moved on to garbage. And all i heard was criticism abt both of them even when they were in the playoffs.

Please, a team boasting Clyde Drexler, or Gary Payton, as its best player is more competition than any champion has ever had! The 80s Celtics/Lakers/Pistons never had to face the likes of Clyde or the Glove in a finals! They just had to face Kareem, Magic, Worthy, McAdoo, Scott, Bird, McHale, Parish, Walton, the Bad Boys. What's more impressive? Beating a Lakers team with 2 players touted as the greatest of all time, or a team with the Glide?

Beat the Chiefs and Lions without Aaron Jones and outplayed Mahomes and Goff in those games. It was also the only time the Chiefs gave up over 25 points all year including the playoffs. He also had the 2nd best passer rating ever in a playoff game vs Dallas who hadn't lost a game at home in 2 years

When Jaylen Brown isn’t scoring he has virtually no impact on the game. And his lack of off hand abilities makes him easier to stop compared to most score first players.
