Prayers to the family, and friends including his family of the NBA through lives touches in colleges or dreams made or guidance given/lifelong bonds forged from player until far past the last time he laced up the converse.. R.i.p. a westside legend called Jerry, Mr. West, or Mr Jerry West. Ty for the years and time given to the game. It's rare, but sometimes, it truly is a love for the game; and as a fan of the game whos never even seen the nba hardwood in person let alone play on it I can tell you basketball was a distraction during dark times past words, hope when I needed it, or gas in the tank from watching my favorite players in that time or greats from my childhood or even use those heroes as the gas in the tank to reach my simple goal of being able to walk on two possibly play some pick up with friends. I always have to say it, I don't care how dumb it sounds, or how corny.. idc. Guys of this magnitude,the logo, or even just a guy who contributed to my childhood favorite game I always have to say thank you. And to his family, as they gave him his inspirationand sacrificed their time with him... Your in my prayers I guess I'm saying... Thank you, for everythinvu did.
