Well that’s why Colin is super successful on KZfaq. He knows exactly how to create content and now with two channels, he’s continuing with what he always did here and is giving us completely different content on the second channel, which is why it’s growing so quickly. A lot of other creators just regurgitate their content, rather than actually have two completely different channels

Colin, as a commercial builder, they make stone sealer that can be used on rocks, bricks, concrete, etc., for aesthetic effect (clear) as well as a solid moisture barrier. If you make your window room tight enough to hold back concrete then you should be able to seal that whole area off with stone sealer to nearly eliminate moisture… if you include ventilation from your garage.

Those transitions from model to reality, beautiful. Super interesting video Colin, the explanations and visuals were fantastic. I went to an MOD bunker in north London, hidden under a post office. This is actually hilariously impressive. Genuinely can't believe how well done this whole series is - the construction itself as well as the editing. So interesting to see the true scale of the project, and the details like the concrete and reinforcement process. The amount of effort going into this is insane. That model alone is insanely impressive and would take me weeks to make. Can't wait to see the rest of this series!

Only Colin could make a sheet metal model, looks superb. Questions: Have you planned for water removal when the car is parked/driven off in the rain? What about car fumes when working on it? Does the turning circle actually need to be a circle or could it be a rectangle? Who did you blow at the council to be able to do all this? :)

This is amazing. I remember when the bunker was finished and not even connected to the house. Collin said that a real estate agent told him (to the question, how this raises the value of the house) if he ever would sell this he should sell it as a Bunker with a house on the lot, not a house with a bunker in the garden. This is a one in a million Home. Thanks for sharing.

I wish I could afford something like this. Crazy expensive material cost alone, at least 300.000€ or probably much higher since he uses a huge amount of steel and welding gas. This highly reinforced garage is probably gonna be another 100.000€ in material.

When this build is complete I think it will be your finest work. Ps - if the window feature doesn’t work with the condensation, maybe have something inspired by back to the future as a feature wall / backdrop.
