Trevor, I watch most everyone that make PPG video training tutorials and by far this was one of the best sessions ever. I’m not a pilot but a wanna be. I told you before and I’ll say it again. If I ever get life and living things in order where I don’t make other family members unhappy by my taking up the sport, I will call and you can ,train me. Good job!

Great video. So when you say fly the side that is not collapsed, does that mean you are weight shifting to the flying side and pulling a little brake to keep it from following the collapsed side?

I was wondering that too, thanks for the great training video Trevor! I have the same wing and love it! I'm heading to FL next week. I wasn't planning on bringing my wing but I think I will so I can practice this on the beach in laminar flow.

Oh a beginner wing should we still fly high side or just go hands up?

Does flying the open side mean keeping brake pressure on it? So if the left collapsed you hold right brake or do you go hands up?

@@frankportillo7758Yes and no. The skills are the same, feeling is the same, and reaction is the same, however, because of the wind speed the pilot would have been drug around a lot worse tring to do it forward. I didn't want that for him.
