Today's video that I'd like to share with you is an old-school EFT technique called COLLARBONE BREATHING. It's a wonderful technique because it combines the very popular modalities of breath work and EFT tapping. It's very effective for those persistent issues that don't seem to diminish in intensity. It can be particularly beneficial for complex or chronic issues.
For example, if you wake up every morning with a sense of dread or go to bed feeling uneasy, this discreet tapping technique might be just what you need.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
* Always breathe in through the nose, and Out through the mouth or nose.
* If you feel dizzy, pause take a moment, have some water and resume if your feel ready and able to

Thank you for sharing Josh. Really glad I do it a few times a day sometimes when I’m feeling a little bit off even with a bit of a pain in the body headache or something to shift it.

@@Happisoul I've done cupping to help and Heard of eft tapping this was pleasurable and gave me a release I am going to add this as the energies got me a little off...

Will this work for a mass of anxiety and trauma ? I cannot focus in on one thing there are too many active all the damn time
