Who is your favorite Pokemon?

I'm also start collecting since 1999 but at one point, I need to sell them for fund something important. Seeing your collection really give me that satisfied feeling that I can never achieve when I was young.

So awesome!! I have also been collecting since they first came to America, my first Pokémon figures were the 3 pikachu figures, I got them because I thought they were so cute, before I even knew what Pokemon was, but only shortly after I learned all about Pokémon and my love for them has only grown! One day I hope to have all of gen 1 and gen 2! ❤️

What a cool walk down memory lane. I too started collecting them in the early 1990’s when I was 6-7 years old. My brother and I have a lot of the gen 1 Tomy figures.

White shading Kenji Sugimori styled versions of the 90's Tomy series will always be my all time fave variant of any Pokemon figure ever, can't get my head round the variant order the figures are in but if I think way back their was a alternated Johto version of the Pokedex that added the variant forms of the original 151 Pokemon to be combined with their extra variants from the Gold and Silver era... plus that amount of dedication having to move one up or backwards to add the next form or variant must have taken ages. Honoured your patience from someone who was from the 87's...

Back in 2005 Disneyworld Epcot used to carry a TON of Takara Tomy Pokemon figures in their japan area. I bought Scizor, Tyranitar, Mew and Suicune!

Wow, your collection is impressive. On the off chance you still look at comments from this old of a video, and you seem to be a knowledgeable collector, do you happen to have some knowledge on what happened to the figures that come over to the states? At some point in gen 7 the branding for pokemon figures found in stores changed from takara tomy to wicked cool toys. They seem to be mostly the same models but there's a notable drop in quality between tomy figures and wct especially notable with the paint jobs. Does anyone know what the deal is? Is tomy even distributing to the states anymore?

I bought a mimikyu figurine the other day from a Kmart, it was one that comes with a pokeball to clip on a belt or something, but I noticed it was by Jazzwares not Tomy. But I see there’s sword and shield tomy figures still coming out. I don’t know, the only Pokémon figures on our shelves in Australia right now is Jazzwares

Great collection! There's a new update for 2021 ? I missed Wingul, I used a lot that pokemon in GBA, and I saw to Heracross, Milktank, Nuzleaf, Chatot > Spiritomb, Tornadus > Keldeo, Hoopa > Volcanion in other number order. Greetings!

I collect TOMY too but my collection is nowhere near yours. I mostly collect my favorite ones/ones that I think are unique that I don't see often like dunsparce. My favorite ones in my collection are probably the dunsparce, noctowl and zangoose. I would LOVE to own a shiny noctowl one someday
